EARMUN 2013 Organizing team, we are delighted to welcome you to the Eastern
Africa Regional Model United Nations Conference that will be held on 6th
to 12th October 2013 in the Julius Nyerere International Convection Centre
located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
INFORMATION FROM SUBSTANTIVE COMMITTEE
As you prepare for your conference please find the attached documents that give a detailed description of the codes of conduct, rules of procedures, how to draft the position papers as well as the tentative schedule of the conference. It also has the background information pertaining the conference and also details of the host city. Read the codes of conducts thoroughly as you will be requested to sign a commitment form on your arrival to the conference.
Most importantly, we have also attached the final list
that mentions your country of assignment as well as your respective caucus.
Please be well prepared and if need be, start making communications with your
team members so that you can start the preparations for your delegations.
Please, also verify if your name is spelt correctly.

LOGISTICS COMMITTEE
International participants: This is the last reminder. Please send us your itineraries
with the information of your arrival day and time and place. One of the team
members will pick you up. The member will be having poster written EARMUN
2013 with the logo printed on it.
Participants from other regions in Tanzania: Please let us know when you will be arriving
with which mode of transport so that we can pick you up and take you to the
respective hotel.
Participants from Dar es Salaam: Please arrive from 1400hrs at Formula 10
Hotel located at Livingstone corner Amani Streets, Kariakoo,Dar es
Salaam and the organizing team will be there to assist you.
